Part of it comes from routine when managing gear, supplies, and learning rumors. That's absurd and should NOT be supported so that more get the idea to do this ♥♥♥♥.īesides that, Epic means to be a savior, because STEAM charges so much 30% but did you know, that almost every other Store has the same, if not almost the same charges and retail is even more expensive for them? But nah, just go and get Epics freegames with that you forget the whole anti consumer ♥♥♥♥ they do with us.Įdit: A little rant again from me haha and it sounds kinda personal but it is not meant to be "aggressive"(?) towards you.I'll say what I thought was good with an additional observation/thought/feedback.įirst, pretty fun and a good sense of adventure. You're forced to buy / use a pink Controller which is not even having a triangle button (epic not having features that most if not all stores / launchers have) just to be able to play it. You want to play the new GTA6 on PS6? Nice, it will only be playable with a pink DS6. Sure, there is no competition on their platforms but imagine it. I say it again to show how absurd the thought about this is, THE SAME PLATFORM! But with the case of Epic PAYING for exclusives one the SAME PLATFORM, then nope. Then when developers / publishers decide to exclusively release it on Epic because of this only, then i really would think about to support them on Epic. Imagine Epic only advertising with their "low" fees / charges. Well, you could argue about this, when Epic would NOT offer extra money for their exclusivity deals. You can't argue about this just like you can't argue about it, that Epic is not delivering features and things that should be normal in 2021. This decision is the BIGGEST anti consumer decision you could make. Even though i really like some indie games and i would gladly pay even a few bucks more just to support them but once they decide to FORCE us to one crappy launcher/store, my support is over. I do understand what you're saying, problem is, that this whole thing is not only done with early access games. Originally posted by The Butcher Snail:Well, the way I look at it is this: I wouldn't really want to play the early access of a roguelike anyway, so if the devs are going to get a bunch of money from Epic to make a better game, then everyone wins.
